#56: Adventures of Lolo 3

Released In: 1991
Developer: HAL
Publisher: HAL

King Egger, the Great Devil, has returned once again to wreak havoc. This time, he's turned the inhabitants of Eden to stone! Luckily, Lolo and Lala were off frolicking while this happened and were unaffected by King Egger's magic. It's up to Lolo and Lala to fight their way through 17 levels comprised 109 rooms and defeat the Great Devil. There's also ten training rooms you can play through if you so desire.

Syd Lexia: I liked how you could play through some of the levels out of order if you felt like it. I also liked how you could switch between Lolo and Lala to absolutely no benefit whatsoever. If Lala really wanted to contribute something useful to the game, she'd get herself into the kitchen and bake me a sandwich.

Dr. Jeebus: This is one of my favorite puzzle games ever. They just don't make games like this anymore and that fucking sucks.
