Released In: 1994 Play as King Arthur, Sir Lancelot, or Sir Percival and bring peace to your land by finding the legendary Holy Grail. This Capcom beat 'em up also has a cool twist: your character levels up as your score increases. Syd Lexia: You may have noticed that this is the seventh Capcom game to make the list so far. The Super Nintendo's success can directly be attributed to the strong relationship that Capcom and Nintendo had at the time. If Capcom had released even one third as many titles for the Genesis as they had for the SNES, Sega would have absolutely RAPED Nintendo in the console wars. Fortunately for the Big N, Capcom highly favored the SNES hardware. Valdronius: In April of 1994, Capcom released two games for the SNES: King of Dragons and Knights of the Round. The two games were virtually identical, but Knights of the Round drops in at #67, while King of Dragons didn't even make the list. Maybe it was the recognizable characters of Arthur, Lancelot and Percival, I don't know. I own both and can't really say one is better than the other. I can, however, say that they're both really fun. Knyte: Three words, MAD TIGER BALLS! If you don't know what I am talking about... then you are probably better off. |
