Perhaps, for the, ahem, person the OP was talking about....possibly the person has a hormonal imbalance? I remember seeing this one, ahem, person at an anime convention that was totally whack...the person was balding, had a mustache, but had breasts, somewhat womanly curves, and had a high pitched voice. I absolutely could not tell whether it was a man, woman, or man-woman / woman-man.

People, let's just be satisfied with the way we are. I'd imagine sexual ambiguity is tough to deal with.
