I think we should do it again and this time only the people in the party can say where we go. Everybody seemed hellbent on not letting us get to Oregon. Also we kinda died unfairly since sideway couldn't control the wagon.

Okay, the controls for the river are as follows, if I remember correctly. You PRESS the arrow key ONCE to go in that direction (don't hold it), then PRESS it again to stop.
Unless it's a version with mouse control. Make sure it's not.
Really, dying on the river is pathetic.
Anyways, I'll go.

Yeah, we'll give it another try since we got screwed at the end. Next time I just won't sail down the river at all. I'll try to do another round in the next couple days. I'll include you this time Andrew Man since we kinda ditched you last time. The arrow keys just wouldn't work at all, it just kept scrolling the window up and down.

Here are my rules to live by in Oregon Trail
Be a Banker
Buy a ton of food and bullets
Leave from Independance in March with 4 oxen
travel fast till July then sell 1 oxen
travel normal till November with 3 then keep 2 oxen till spring
travel slow until March, then buy 4 to 6 oxen totalfor a mad rush
stop at every fort to rest for 5 days, 10 days twice in the game
take the South Pass to Green River
always hire someone to help you

Ya know, one guy in my introductory English literature class from last semester made a dysentery joke in a presentation done by himself. Most people didn't get it at all because they most likely never played Oregon Trail, or they forgot about it if they did play it.
I felt like sharing that.
