The image of the spider was sold on ebay. It allegedly sold for $15,000. But the guy who won it said only bid on it for a joke and had no intentions of paying for it.

Isn't that illegal? Doesn't e-bay have scary men in black uniforms that bust down the door of people who don't pay for items? Because if not, their seller's insurance in a fucking joke. I want goons breaking the kneecaps and stealing the wallets of people who don't pay me when they promised to, dammit.

(Seriously though, I assume fake bids are discouraged and will have some repercussions, right?)

That used to be what happened up until the mafia wanted in. I know this guy, well, I knew this guy, who was late paying on a $2 item and got thrown down an elevator shaft!!!
