I think Vault is slightly different. Shitra certainly was.

Actually Citra and Surge were the same drink, just marketed to different genders.

Vault is like Surge Lite. They have almost the same flavor, but Surge had enough sugar to incapacitate a yak, whereas Vault only seems like it has high sugar content due to the fact that they put the total amount of sugar in the Vault bottle on the Nutrition facts label, and then compare it to 8oz. of regular soda. Surge was taken off market because of sales decline, but then people pleaded to have it back. Thus, vault was born.

Vault is more focused on the imitation citrus, whereas Surge was more dedicated to seeing you hospitalized within a 12-pack. Of course, neither drink beats Jausta in terms of caffeine. That stuff would mark your heart pound if you downed a 20 oz. in less than five minutes. I bet only a select few remember that soda. Why doesn't anyone want that it back?

Actually, Mountain Dew in the UK has more caffiene, artificial chemicals, and sugar than any soda in the US. Also, Canada's regular Mountain Dew is released as Diet Mountain Dew here in the US. So, in short. . .
Our Mountain Dew= Chuck Norris
UK Mountain Dew= Bruce Lee
Canada Mountain Dew= Rosie O'Donnell

I always thought Jausta was the most caffeinated drink in existence. That was the only drink to ever actually get my heart-racing after a 20 oz. Surge gave me a sort of caffeine buzz, but could never really stand up to Jausta.

I've never heard of Jausta, but Mr. Pibb can't be sold in Massachusetts because the Mass Board of Health has deemed that it has too much caffeine per serving. I'm not sure how much is in it, but presumably it's more than either Jolt or Mountain Dew has.

My father used to work for pepsi so I got it exclusively. It was a deep-crimson/brown color with a red and yellow label. The label mentioned something about it being made from some sort of plant in the amazon, either way it was caffeine packed.

I went to get some Mr.Pibb from the soda fountain and I saw PibbXtra, what the fuck was that?
Also, vault is awesome, I drink it fairly often if I'm not getting slurpees. I never even had surge on the west coast, only when I went to michigan to visit a cousin of mine, back in like 1996.

According to my research, "Pibb Xtra (previously sold as Mr. PiBB) is a carbonated soft drink marketed by The Coca-Cola Company... In 2001 a new flavor called Pibb Xtra was introduced with added cinnammon and cherry flavor, replacing the original Pibb flavor in many parts of the U.S., although some regions had both variations for sale at the same time. Before the name change, Mr. Pibb's slogan was "Put it in your head" and the can featured an odd cartoon head drawn in a squiggly scribble style. Pibb Xtra more closely resembles Dr. Pepper."
Coca-Cola announced:
"In 2001, Pibb Xtra was introduced as a bolder version of the original Mr. Pibb taste. Its bold taste and graphics appeal to young adults who are looking to get the most out of life and the most out of their soft drink. It appeals to teens who are just gaining independence from home and looking for things to call their own. The soft drink enables them to have an uninhibited, fun and unconventional attitude and touts the sweet, refreshing bold taste they need to express their independence."
Well, I learned something today. Coca-Cola is run by morons.

So there's about a 66% chance it's correct. And the quote thing is fine.

So there's only one way to find out. Someone (and I'm not saying me, I'm saving for a Wii [hey, that rhymed!]) should get. . .
1 can of US Mountain Dew
1 can of UK Mountain Dew
and 1 can of the goat semen that is apparently Canadian Mountain Dew
I would offer a fabulous prize, but I'm not sure what fabulous prize I can buy at the Dollar Store.
PS: These all need to be regular Mountain Dew, not Diet or anything like that.

You know, Diet Mountain Dew DOES taste more like regular Mountain Dew. And I'm not shilling the product, just really think those taste more alike than any other soda and it's counterpart.
