I've always associated the word "brewski" with that episode of Saved By The Bell where everybody goes to a toga party and gets drunk and Zach drives into a telephone pole.

Needless to say, I don't plan on incorporating the word "brewski" into my everyday vocabulary any time soon.

You're drinking the wrong beer. Most American beer is watered-down piss (Sam Adams beers aren't bad), but if you get a belgian-style brown ale.... That shit is deeeelish. Lots of European beers (Germans and Belgians mostly), if served cellar temperature (just a little cooler than room temp.), taste like a really good wine.
Try Chimay or Dorsenconk (I think that's how it's spelled). Both of those are amazing and are a far cry from the Bud/Bud Light/Miller crap we have here.

nothing wrong w/american lagers. some people like lighter beers vs darker beers, and american lagers are great for that. although i personally prefer tecate and dos xx, but thats just me. i dont mind budweiser in the least.
heineken is too much of a fratboy pretentious BS beer imo. not bad, but it seems to be used by an exclusive group that i dont wanna be a part of
