I love that fat chef who says something along these lines while looking at little girls in a perverted way, "Where I used to live, I called them baldies!"

LOL! Honestly, WTF? You don't hear that kind of stuff anymore in a politically correct society. I love old, cheesy slasher flicks from the 80's.

Also, the twist ending was somewhat predictable, but the execution was brilliant IMO.

Dude the ending was so fucked up in that movie. Good cheesy 80s horror flick though, complete with excellent special effects. I would have to say the cheesy one liners and bad acting was way better back then than it is now.

Apparently it was no big deal in the 80s to make open pedophelic statements in public and get caught running out of a backroom chasing two pre-teens while trying to buckle your belt.

I've always been a fan of the sequels. Pam Springsteen had an AWESOME personality for a killer.

I just watched this for the first time tonight (which is why I'm necromancing as opposed to starting another thread Wink

. I already knew and watched the ending, so it was interesting to see the buildup. It's weird, on its own it's a slasher flick, but with the ending, its um....a slasher flick with social commentary on parenting?

There's another sequel coming out on DVD in 9 days, with a lot of cast members from the original making cameos here and there. That'd be an interesting rental, especailly since ISSAC FUCKING HAYES makes a cameo too.

All 3 have been on Monsters HD recently and I think they're fun movies. The original director is making a sequal to the first one so keep an eye out for that, it ignores 2 and 3.

Did'nt someone end up getting killed inside a barrel of shit or something? That, strangely enough, is the thing I remember most about this movie.
