I know he is busy as the international relations president of WWE, but why couldn't we just get Shane as the GM!
Maybe they gave Mike the job so Vickie won't be the worst GM of all time, now.

I'd argue that. I mean, wrestling greats like Kenta Kobashi, Toshiaki Kawada, and Mitsuharu Misawa still wrestler, while raising stars like KENTA, Naomichi Marufuji, Bryan Danielson, CM Punk, Takeshi Morishima, Austin Aries, Homicide, Hernandez, Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, and plenty more that I wish I could mention but would make this post way too long. From my view, wrestling is in a good shape, it is just the WWE being lazy and TNA... well, they have Russo.

Sadly, TNA is ALMOST following down the same path of WCW.
TNA:
1. They have awesome undercard talent. (Petey Williams, Sanjay Dutt, Black Machesmo, etc.)
2. The Main Eventers are almost all defectors from WWE: Booker, Angle, Christian, etc.
3. Only a few TNA originals are in the main event scene. (Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, etc.)
4. They almost seem to care more about burying the WWE, then long term plans for thier own company.
WCW:
1. They had awesome undercard talent. (Benoit, Gurrero, Malenko, Mysterio, Jericho, Juvi, etc.)
2. The Main Eventers were almost all defectors from WWF: Nash, Hall, Hogan, Macho Man, etc.
3. Only a few WCW originals were in the main event scene. (Flair, Sting, DDP, Goldberg, etc.)
4. They cared more about burying the WWF, then long term plans for thier own company.

6. They Both have the best play by play man in the world: "Iron" Mike Teney
7. Jeff Jerrett is/was pushed way higher in the ranks then he should be/have been.
8. The head bookers give/gave themselves and thier friends way too much air time. (Bishoff, Russo, Jerrett)

I dunno how you guys can think Adamle being retarded ISN'T a work. I mean the guy did American Gladiators AND called live NFL games. And calling anything live must be harder than calling some prescripted rasslin, right? I mean seriously, Adamle is gold; imagine the heat he'll get when he calls Shane Michaels and then says that's what he's gonna be called for the night.
Plus he's one of the main reasons why I watched ECW; his funny one liners are funny and he's the only reasons why people care about Kofi Kingstons dumb ass.

It is not a work, he is just bad at calling matches. I honestly don't know how he will turn out as a GM, but one thing is for sure, he can't do commentating. Remember, the commendatory isn't scripted, and he knows nothing about it. A dropkick is not a double leg drop, Jamaican Me Crazy was never funny, and his name is Jeff HARDY not Jeff HARVEY. Maybe he will do better with lines, but I will never say he is good at commentating.

Dude, it's so scripted. Why do you think they read off of papers? He's called different body parts wrong, but the guy was a running back in the NFL, you think he'd know a lil something about body parts. the WWE have fired people for way less than his inept commentary, it's a work. Just like the Montreal Screwjob.

Commendatory doesn't work like that. They are given things that must be mentioned during the show, but otherwise they are given free regin. Backstage segments where there is commendatory is scripted, as proven by TNA, but none of the macth stuff is.

I guess you havent seen the time they panned to Tenay and West reading off of a paper while a match is going on, not even looking up once. the MCMG are a perfect example of this' alot of their stuff looks like theyre going through the motions, no matter how great they are.
