Title explains it. Enemies in video games is nothing new and some are easy some are difficult, but theres that one that you'll think "Wow that enemy is so fucking cool".
Mine will always be the Blooper, I love it because it was such an ass to kill and it would always chase it down so you basically had to eliminate to make it through the water levels.

I'll probably get flamed for this, but I think one of the best enemies was The Flood from the 1st Halo. They did what they were suppose to, which was to make you go, "Oh Fuck, I hate these things!"

This one is actually a boss, but mine would have to be Metal Sonic. He was so badass and when he got on the giant Chaos Emerald, he became supercharged.

Triple H. That motherfucker is almost always impossible to beat in the WWE games storyline, if you're playing on any difficulty other than easy.
The chainsaw wielding bastard with the sack on it's head from RE4. They were the first character to scare the shit out of me since Nemesis.

ig-88 from shadows of the empire on the n64 was a fun fight.
ganondorf from wind waker was a fun fight too.
the last battle on wc3 where you had to fight the naga, the blood elves, and the night elves was an intense fight.
gotta throw metal sonic in there as well and event 50 w/meta bowser and those two other chodes from smash bros melee was awesome too

I'm going to have to go with the second post to this thread and say Koopas. After all, an enemy you can use as a weapon after defeating them is pretty awesome.

As usual I can't think of just one enemy.
I actually REALLY like the darknuts in The Legend of Zelda. The blue ones too. I loved the week 1 challenge Just strong enough to be challenging, every fight is different, cool look.
