You don't suck. In fact that looks pretty damn cool. I especially like the way you used the scrollbars. Very nice.
I also took a look at your code and it's very well written. It's clean, easy to read and separates the contents nicely from the presentation.
I noticed that you use the XML notation of inserting a slash at the end of elements like img that don't have a closing tag. You should let browsers know that your pages are XHTML by putting a DOCTYPE at the beginning of your files:

Seriously, it rules. I have it bookmarked. You should have a banner or something on the top of your page, because your last updated text is half off the screen. But the rest rocks. It looks like an old computer. Great job!

AmigaOS, actually.
As for content, I just wanted a place to dump my photos, videos and other stuff like that.

I think that design is pretty cool, did you rip those images from somewhere or use a program?
I actually wouldnt mind copying that site if its ok with you because I enjoy the simplicity factor it has

I ripped the icons from my Amiga using a very sophisticated screenshot-making tool. It involves monkeys.
As for copying, hell no.

I always wanted a classic-OS design for my personal website. Congratulations.
You can also use CSS for:
displaying all of the icons at the same sizes (64x64 in example)
formatting the middle window's scroll bars
and such and such

Custom scrollbars only work with IE, which is known as the biggest pile of fail in the whole universe.
