So Lionsgate is producing a "Hulk vs. Wolverine" direct-to-DVD animated movie a la Dr. Strange, Avengers, etc. Except it's only about 30 minutes and is being paired with a "Hulk vs. Thor" thingie as well. The trailer is here.

That's an interesting concept, you'd think the hulk would smash wolverine, but adamantium does cut through anything so....

Wolverine vs. Hulk, one of the greatest ongoing rivalries in Marvel history...just because Hulk can't break Wolvie's bones.
That's probably why he fights with Thing a lot too.

His first appearance was, oddly enough, a battle with the Hulk.
although i have not read the comic, only the wiki page so i'm not even sure they did fight and this was just cover propaganda.

i remember reading the 1st issue of that series when wolverine was split in half and hulk was surrounded by a bunch of bitches. man, i wish i had bought the other books in the series

there were no other books in the series.
they did two issues and then indefinitely shelved it, and went back to comics as if we were supposed to know what happened.
epic failure.
