KI needs to be released on XBLA or Virtual Console (N64 Version), because I can't get it to run well under emulation on any platform for the life of me!

sould calibur is kinda fun, but there are better uses of eight hundred points. I mostly bought it because I really really liked that one (it was the first one I played)

I just nabbed KI for Mame last week. I haven't had any problems with it. Plays smooth as a baby's bottom. I use mamepgui v.125. for some reason it won't show up on my available games list, but i just search for it in the all games folder, and it runs great. I noticed a little more lag and sound issues with one of my older versions of mame. Maybe this is your problem?
EDIT: I have a decent processor and 4gb of DDR2 ram, but my video card needs to be upgraded (got a gforce 6600) so it doesn't exactly require tons of horsepower in the video card dept) I have a core 2 duo 2.66 OC'd to 3.2ghz if that helps.

Yeah, but I have an older comp. I had to use an emulator that was made specifically to emulate the Ultra 64 arcade hardware. I now have Killer Instinct running at full speed even on my laptop, which can only run KI at 7fps under MAME.

Yeah when I had an older cpu a few years ago, I got the capcom emulator because it would play MvC and marvel superhero's etc, way better than mame.

I can run those just fine, but my proc on my desktop is only a 2.0 Ghz Pentium IV. Once I finish my new system with a 2.6Ghz Quad Core, I'll switch from Mame. I can't hit enter on this emulator, or else it will crash.

I never really cared for KI that much. Fulgore was kind of cool, and the Ice-alien guy.
I don't think I ever learned how to do any of the fatalities in that game.

Combo and Orchid were my personal favorites. Actually, all the characters except Riptor have some usefulness to them.
Anyone know if KI on the N64 was any good?
