What does it mean when you start blurring short term memories together into a long term memory but can't distinguish between the short term memories?
In other words, over the course of a week I remember most of the things I need to, but not independently of each other. Long term I remember all of it, but just not the order or distinction.

I'm guessing it is either drug, stress and/or sleep related.
