Yeah, the Turbografix got a bad rap. That thing's processor was crazy fast, and allowed for a lot of good shooters.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

That's because most American cartoonist are going to Japan to draw Hentai.

I remember the first time I seen the commercial showing the Turbografx with Bonk 1, I knew I would never get to play one but man, I wanted to so bad! It looked way more colorful than any NES game I had seen back then.

WTF Haley Barbour??! Don't you know your state is a fucking 3rd world country?

So were games for the SMS.

MAN that system rocked. Did you know that even when the Playstation was released, there were games being released for the SMS?

It was like still releasing N64 games today.

You should totally check out the IRC channel.
While you're at it, go check out my band, Her Majesty's Heroines.

In Europe, too.

South America and South Africa have just discovered the wonders of having a PSX. They're, like, in the stone age.

And there were NES games being released until a year later, even though the NES came out two years before SMS.

People were probably still not too keen on trusting anything but Nintendo (and to a much lesser extent, Sega), even if it was considered a technical step forward. There could have been a couple other factors, such as having one controller port, or having a card-based media (which failed miserably with the Master System). I'm not gonna pretend to know.

I got a Virtual Boy with two games at an auction for two bucks.

The thing isn't nearly as bad as people say; I didn't get any headaches from the positively red graphics, and the system's uncomfortability while playing is completely eliminated when you simply rip off the legs. Oh, and the games I got with it, Mario Clash and Mario Tennis, they're pretty awesome.
