I like pb&j, it's a versatile sandwich. I enjoy mine with sliced bananas on top and sometimes with a bit of chocolate syrup mixed in with the pb. I usually use the generic grocery store brand of PB, I think it's called Flavorite. But I do like the Skippy natural stuff as well. Grape Jelly is the best for me, Smuckers to be exact. White bread is classic, but 12 grain wheat is tasty too. How do you make your PB&J sandwich?

I dislike PB&J. Peanut butter is ok when it is mixed in small amounts with other sweet things, like chocolate, but I have never liked it as a the main part of a meal.
Also I am allergic to red grapes.
What I will agree with is that some real bread (not white) is the way to go.

Oh shit yeah, PB and marshmallow creme. Holy sugar rush to the brain, but total deliciousness. I think food network called it a "Fluffer Nutter" The name has something to do with the brand of marshmallow creme. I think it was called marshmallow fluff or something. But yes, they are the bizomb.
Edit: hey darkmaze, don't hate, join the militia.

Ya Fluffer Nutters, it was on the Retarded Animal Babies. If you would like info about that show just ask. But I put banana slices on my Fluffer Nutter.

I like my PB&J with just crunchy peanut butter, and grape jelly (sometimes strawberry) and white bread.

It pains me to say this but we actually have something in common.
You realize that forcing topics about food are not going to get the job done. "I'm going to post a bunch of food topics so we get a food forum." It's not going to work, and if it does then Syd is just way to nice. Why don't you start a group so you can talk about all the random food you want?

If thats a compliment, Thank you. I agree with Douche, just ask Syd to start a group and make sidewaydriver the leader and it could be ALLL about food.

I think its abandoned now, or its a hidden group for mods only. Possibly you can only join by Syd asking you.

I don't care if there is a food forum or not. But I do like all the food topics. Eating/food is my favorite thing in the world.
As far as the topic question goes, I like the idea in the OP. I've never tried one like that. I may do that after I go to the store today.
I like making my own spread with peanut butter, Nutella, maple syrup, and a little bit of warm chocolate syrup (it makes the other ingrediets not as thick and easier to mix together). I goes good on bread. I always spread it on pancakes. I tried it on bread with jelly before, but I can't remember what it tasted like. I might have to try it again.

PB&J is pretty solid and I've gotta respect it for getting me through most of elementary school, but now I prefer grilled cheese.

PB&J on its own will do just fine. Any marshmallows, or bananas or any of that shit else in it is blasphemy.

I'm so bananas I'm showing up to your open casket,
to fill it up with explosive gases,
and close it back,
with a lit match in it,
while I sit back, and just hope it catches.
Blow you to fragments,
laugh,
roll you, and smoke the ashes.

Fried PB & Banana sandwhiches are awesome. The other great thing Elvis gave us.
And, why are the called, "Grilled" Cheese sandwiches, when 99% they are fried in a pan? How many people whip out the grill to make a cheese sandwich?

So, we should change its name then? Cooked Cheese doesn't roll off the tongue as well. Crispy Cheese? Heated Cheese? Fried Cheese?

I'm too lazy to make a PB&J. you gotta open two jars, use two different knives, put two different thigns on two slices of bread, wash the knives, but the jars away.
fuck that, I'd rather grab a random amount of meat and cheese ouf of my fridge and toss it on a piece of bread, toss another piece on top of it, and eat.
