Day two of my food forum crusade
I'm a really big fan of carrot cake, which means that every year on my birthday that's the kind of cake I get. So I see a commercial the other day that IHOP has these new carrot cake pancakes (limited time only of course). I figured now would be the perfect time to try them since I'm bombarding the General Discussion forum with food topics. Let me just say that these pancakes were incredible. The best part was that they were covered in icing too. If you're a fan of carrot cake or pancakes in general, go try them while they last. Feel free to share some of your favorite breakfast gimmicks that you've enjoyed.

I like the actual cake part of carrot cakes, but the carrots ruin it for me.
Ice cream cakes are my favorite though.

The best pancakes on the planet, are available at a local restraunt chain here known as "Elmer's". The have a German Pancake, that you have to wait 20 minutes for them to make, but when it arrives, it is gigantic and rocks with lemon and powdered sugar!
