Con Air is more dated as a 90s action movie IMO. The Rock and Face/Off feel a little more timeless. That's not to say Con Air still isn't a ripping, no holds-barred good time!

See, I think Face/Off feels a lot more dated than Con-Air. Face/Off gets really corny at times. I mean, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"? Really? REALLY!? And the final boat chase was originally intended for a Van Damme movie.
Lord of War is pretty good, but it would be much better without the cheesy preachy all-text epilogue.
Dude, did you see the unrated version of that scene on the new DVD? Yay, violence! Basically the kid now sees and is conscious of the whores getting killed.

yeah, that kid doesnt look strong like goku at all. and he looks way taller, so that ruins the whole 'small kid' illusion the cartoon conveyed.

Okay, i just read the whole thread and i am officially confused.
Is this a thread about the new dragon ball movie or is it a general dissuasion about Nick Cage?
And Nick should play master Roshi, he has proven to be great at over the top performances recently and if memory series me right, wasn't Master Roshi an over the top character? i know someone else has taken the role but still i'm really confused right now and i'm blending nick cage into dragon ball for some reason.

So they had another script written and they added in shit to make it more like dragon ball, that has to be what happened. And also is Chow Yun-Fat like cashing in a favor or something?
