If we're talking about the Nintendo Wii Console, I'll consider it. Why do you want to get rid of it?
P.S. I probably won't. Money's pretty tight right now. I'm just asking around for when our financial situation is a little better.

Toys 'R' Us is the save all when it comes to all things Nintendo. Or you can just bug Gamestop for a shipment date and wait for a truck.

One day, I just lucked out. I went to Target with my roommate who works there (ironically, to buy a X360), and as I went to checkout, the electronics guy told my roommate "yeah, we have a box of Wiis right here, want one?"
So, I ended up going home with a 360, a Wii, and a hell of a lighter wallet.

My stepdad bought a Wii. He did this by calling Walmart every day because they'll get 2 or 3 Wii's in every couple days.
The day before he was going to give up, he called, and they said they had 3 sitting there that had just came in.
Without even hanging up the phone, he ran out the door, jumped in his car, and in the 7 minutes it took him to get there, there was 1 left.
Fuckin' Wii's.

There's always dozens sitting out every time I go shopping. I got mine from Amazon though.

My local Target just got in a shipment to coincide with the release of Rock Bank, they still have a few left. I know my local Best Buy did too, don't know if they have any left. But if you have those in your area, I'd check them out. Most retailers deliberately hold onto their Wiis and them put them out to coincide with a major game release. Next Sunday when Guitar Hero: Aerosmith comes out would also be a good time to go Wii Hunting.

Yeah, that's true that they stockpile their Wii's in the backroom. I work at a Meijer and we do it. We only sit a couple out every couple days like Walmart does as well.

Gamestop gets a wii shipment every week on a random M-F. If you ask nicely they'll probably tell you around what time it usually comes. Here it was between 12-1pm. All you have to do is check in with them everyday for a week around that time and you should be able to get one. That's how I got mine. Also you could check more obscure stores like Sears. A lot of people don't realize that they sell video games so there's a greater chance they'll have it in stock.

I was at Sears one time and they had like 4 or 5 gamecube controllers on clearance for like $2 or $3 each. (They sell for like $20-25 on eBay). I bought them, but instead of selling, I'm hogging them! So, yeah. Maybe they have a Wii in stock.

Were they Wavebirds? Because if they were just regular controllers, then more power to you.
