I could swear I've seen this same thread a few months ago. Whatever, the irate gamer indeed does suck balls. I think it may be because he tries to hard to be funny and fails in the process getting only forced laughter. Fuck him. That is all.

I usually stopped really caring about AVGN somewhere around the time when skits took over later in the site's history, but I'd still check in occasionally out of habit. I completely stopped watching after the Wizard of Oz review. That guy who played the lion was really annoying., to the point where I couldn't finish watching the video. Also, as a side note- did anyone notice that the fan-contribution theme song mostly featured young kids between the ages of like 10 and 16, even though Gametrailers requires that you verify you're over 18 in order to watch the videos?
And yeah, Seanbaby and Yahtzee aren't EXACTLY angry. Seanbaby had to play a lot of crap for EGM, and I'd be a tad irate about it, but he wasn't a total douche about it like the AVGN type. And Yahtzee is actually one of the few reviewers who will legitimately criticize games that normally get a free pass among reviewers. I really love both of their work, especially Yahtzee's old blog.

The lion got covered in shit or something at the end of the Wizard of Oz video if I remember... but it was fairly lame. However, the game did indeed look terrible so I give him points for calling it out.

Agreed, his site hasn't been updated since 2006.
I like how many people on youtube accuse various game reviewers of being AVGN rippoffs. While these flames may be true for some, it's hard to see for other reviewers who have nothing in common to AVGN other then reviewing a game. And these same flamers act as if AVGN was the first every VG reviewer where as Seanbaby was doing it before most of those nerds had the internet.
