Nintendo and Game Freaks Im coming to kick your asses to make you make it ONE GAME and Then Im gonna cheat for the pokemon I want  its a win win situation I beat there asses and I get what I want and they, they get more customers but the bad side for them is there going to have some bloody asses and my belts gonna be bloody too.

Japanese pokemon gain 1.8x Experience in a US game.
I'd suggest waiting until Platinum comes out unless you really want to get into the games now. If so, I can help you out with pretty much anything that can be bred.

It's called 'smart marketing' if all Pokémon were in the same game there would be no point in making the losers who have no friends buy more of their games.
There are too many Pokémon anyway putting them all in one game probably wouldn't work with the games memory.

Pokemon Pearl/Diamond come on a 512Mb DS card. Those cards can support up to 2048Mb, so I doubt space would be an issue.

To get all the pokemon (we're up to 491 without cheating, 2 still haven't been released over here) in Diamond/Pearl you pretty much need access to the 5 different games from the GBA (Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, FireRed, and LeafGreen).
* Beating the Elite Four in Emerald lets you gain one of the G2 starters (Cyndaquil, Totodile, Chikorita)
* Beating the Elite Four in Fire Red/Leaf Green unlocks a one-shot random encounter with one of the 3 legendary beasts of G2 (Suicune, Entei, and Raikou). It's needless to mention this is the only way to get them other than by using a GameShark/Action Replay.
Furthermore, some of the older pokemon show up like normal ones after you've beaten the Elite Four and completed the Sinnoh Pokedex; provided you've got the proper GBA game slotted into the GBA port.

Actually, you can get a Mew in My Pokemon Ranch (WiiWare) by having 999 (or 1,000, I forget which) Pokemon in your ranch. You just have to trade an egg to get it.

Unless you heard this on the offical GF website I highly doubt it.
And if you really want all the Pokémon take some acid ever Pokémon will be there and some you've never even seen as well.
