If Sydlexia.com had an intern what jobs would they be tasked with?
Would it be a good internship or one that a person would dread for the rest of their life?

It would probably be design stuff. That, or sitting around playing Nintendo with me. Or both.

Sounds horrible, remind me to blow my brains out if I get that internship.

Would this be a paid position, or at least worthy of college credit?

That would be cool. Same thing I'm doing now except add Nintendo and hanging out with someone who isn't 25 years older than me. Of course internships don't usually pay, so it would basically be like doing the same thing I was doing my senior year of high school. Drawing and playing nintendo whilst living off of parents.

Seeing as the site operates at a yearly loss of roughly $117, no.

Isn't that up to the college?

What if the intern finds a way to make the site profitable? Would there be profit sharing? (Without the use of ads)

If I had his address I'd do it. Might even send 10.

I have never exceeded my monthly bsndwith usage and it increases each month. 117 is my prepaid yearly hosting fee.

I'm sure you could find some way to slip some sources of income on this site somewhere.

We could make a 'Men of SydLexia.com' calendar to sell. Of course, it would have to be 12 months of Kubo, or else we'll wind up in the red.

Just stick some cash in an envelope and send it to SYDLEXIA.COM, I've been doing it for years.

I can't handle that kind of spotlight. Just give me March for my birthday. Although I refuse to wear a St. Patrick's Day outfit. I fucking hate that holiday. (With apologies to my Irish-Sydlexian friends.)

Thou, because I am wroth, be not dismayed, for I shall win the strife, whoever circle round within for the defence. This their insolence is not new, for of old they used it at a less secret gate, which still is found without a bolt. Above it thou didst see the dead inscription; and already on this side of it
descends the steep, passing without escort through the circles,
One such that by him the city shall be opened to us. |

Kubo,
Unfortunately we have limited choices for you.
Here they are:
1)
2)
Still, at least you have a choice.

Maybe you can claim the website is a religion of pop culture and get a tax break or something.

Church of SydLexia? That's even better than the Church of the SubGenius. Fuck you, Bob, I'm converting.

I'll rock the leprechaun outfit type thing with the top unbuttoned. Pimp.
Also, Church of Sydlexia? Fucking awesome.
I don't think we'd drink Kool-Aid though... keeping in the spirit/timeframe of the site, we should probably have to drink Crystal Clear Pepsi or that weird ass water with little, colored things floating around in it.

Orbitz. I actually liked it. I also liked Crystal Pepsi. Since Van Halen is my favorite band, the commercials for it really did make me want to drink some "Right Now".
