Is that a real screenshot or a photoshop? That looks fucking goofy.
Also, isn't Snake like 90 years old in this game? I hope they found a way to sneak Metamucil, prune juice, and Depends into the game. Also, Snake should carry around a pee jar.

On the one hand, blatant advertising like this is ridiculous. On the other hand, in games that are supposed to be "real-world", I don't mind subtle advertisements, since that's what we see in the real world.

I guess I kind of understand it. PS3 games are notoriously expensive to make, and a huge title like this one is probably no exception. Even with blockbuster sales, it probably takes a little more to make a substantial profit. As long as it's integral, unlike the crap Ubisoft pulled like in Vegas1 where you take off in a chopper, and see six billboards right next to each other featuring Axe ads, or in Double Agent where you see an ad for an American razor in a Shanghai mission written completely in English.
