Ironically I am a bit of a beer snob and don't care for watery crap like Coors, Miller, Bud etc.
But I have somewhat of an Affinity, I'll be it maybe a nostalgic one, for Malt Liquor.
My favorite is Night Flight, anyone else have any favorites?
P.S. Blackout Boy I expect a post from you on this one.

Rumplemintz, its minty and strong. Try playing paper-rock-scissors, loser takes a shot. Garunteed to be a good night. I also tried to leap a parking meter, would have cleared it had the crotch of my shorts not gotten caught.

... no words, no words...
I fail at alcohol. One Smirnoff Ice on an empty stomach and I'm drunk enough to be taking about porn at a crowded party with no one but strangers present (despite what you might think, that's an accomplishment). I'm the biggest lightweight any of my friends know. It's so pathetically easy to get we wasted. Might be because I didn't even touch alcohol until my 21st birthday, and I didn't actually drink "heavily" (relatively speaking) until some 4 months after that.
That said, I've never even had malt liquor. Call me an idiot (I am), but how's it different from anything else?

I know its a Schnapps but its all I drink, besides my beer, after 3 or 4 shots, you can't even taste it anymore or feel your face for that matter. Then the fun starts.

If that's supposed to mean albeit you must have had quite some malt liquor before posting.
Also I've never heard of either Rumplemintz or Black Haus and I'm from Germany.

The only malt liquor I can stand is Mickey's. Back in the olden days it was that or Steel Reserve. Steel Reserve was gross, but 1 tall can was a dollar and the equivalent of drinking 4 12 oz light beers in alcohol content.

The only "cheap" booze I ever drank was good old "Mad Dog" MD 20/20. I drank that stuff so much when I was 18 - 20 years old, I could chug a whole bottle in one shot.
Nowadays, I'm like the OP. I won't touch canned beer. It's gotta be Henry Weinhard's Pale Ale in the bottle, or Guinness on tap.
Now my cabinet mainstays are Captain Morgan's Private Stock rum, Jaegermeister, Baronjaeger, and Rumblemintz.
I learned long ago, don't drink Jaeger sitting down, because you'll drink too much and not feel it until you stand up. That shit sneaks up on you.

I'm a rum guy myself. Worked up quite a tolerance to it. Which means I have a seriously low tolerance to virtually everything else. I'll take a shot of one your best though Once I wake up we can do another.

Edward 40-Hands in the best game ever invented by man or machine. Simply duct-tape two 40s to your hands and have your friends do the same. First to finish wins.
Old English and King Cobra FTW!

Only drink I've had intentionally was a Mike's Hard Lemonade. Didn't do anything.

The first time I actually got drunk was off a 40 of Steel Reserve. I use to mess with O.E. and Mickey's early on in college, but now I'd rather spend 10 bucks on a 6 pack of good tasting beer than subject myself to malt liquor or cheap, piss beers. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is my favorite. I also like Sam Adams, Pyramid and Newcastle. The cheap stuff is still good for drinking games, but thats about it.

Lando Calrissian, guess you would have to have had a few Colt .45's to build a cloud city, and then make a deal with the Empire.
But you remember what Billy Dee Williams always says "and remember 2 rules...
1. never forget the Colt 45
2. never forget rule #1
Many people will tell you that you can have just as good a time without Colt 45, but why take the chance"

I hate alcohol, but I sure do love malted milkshakes. Can't wait to visit America and get me a 64 ounce one from Whataburger... And maybe some malt balls while I'm at it...

Wow, I've never seen Steel Reserve in 40oz form.. only the tall cans. I won't drink that stuff anymore, but now I'm on a mission to find a 40 bottle of it.

I'm going to West Side Liquors after work today, I'll check it out, and report my findings.

i've had most of the malt liquors. OE was my original one. then i moved up to OE high gravity. tastes like asshole but you have a decent buzz after one and you start really feeling it after 2. Steel Reserve is pretty fucking bad. especially in can form. bleh. king cobra goes down smoother than the rest. not as smooth as mickeys. blue bull went down real smooth too. only had a 32oz bottle though, not a 40, since they dont sell 40's in FL (wtf is up w/that?!)
MD 20/20 is the devil. the orange one i had this past weekend tasted real good. that grape wine crap is... well, crap.
www.bumwine.com is where you can find all kinds of others like Night Train Express and Thunderbird wine. NTE is actually very good when its very very cold. it even says on the bottle to serve extra chilled. Tbird wine is just asshole in a bottle. and cisco is actually pretty tasty imo

Tbird is death at the price of 9 liters for $11. I have had alot, I MEAN ALOT, of malt liquors in my life, granted not as much as some, but then again I have had quite the amount of alcohol anyway. The worst ass of fucking a 40 to me is Camo. That shit is nothing but malt liquor squeezed from whino's livers and hatred for one's self. I read a story where a guy tried and said "It will get you drunk quick, but not good drunk, like angry evil drunk, I got drunk and started a fight with my roommate thinking he stole my hat, his is red, mine is blue, they look nothing alike"
Also, I am a fan of Wild Irish Rose Red wine in the gallon or more jug. Cheap and will get you really drunk. Though these days outside of the 40 here and there I tend to drink less volume, but better alcohols, but that is another thread in the future.
