True that man....you should see Magmars new form, he looks like the type of beast who would chain you to a radiator and then rape you to death.

Removing an evil nigga spirit from a negro is as hard as removing the stink from a hunk of s***. We must use these tools that the great god has given us to fight niggas: a whip, a noose, a nightstick, a branding iron. These things strike fear into a niggas heart....a JOB APPLICATION!

I'm a fan of the "MOAR CARACTARZ PLZ" school of thought, but I prefer lucario to mewtwo. he's jsut more fun to jump into a group of people and start throwing punches with. mewtwo was too floaty and gentle for my tastes.

Blue and Red were good way back when. Then Yellow came out and it was based on show which I hated. Once I saw some of the new Pokemon from Silver and Gold I was like fuck it, those look retarded. That was the end of Pokemon for me.

Yellow was almost exactly the same as Blue/Red, except that you started with Pikachu and there a few added battles against Jesse and James.

and i think they made the original starter pokemon from red/blue available in the wild rather than just trade only.

i had silver and got halfway thru. then i lent the game to an old coworker of mine while we were working and he got fired the next day so i lost that game. ever since then, i havent played a pokemon game.

There is going to be an epic plot twist in the next pokemon game. There is a pokemon called Giratina that can travel through dimensions. It will go about its business and bring stuff from the alternate universe. So far 3 alternate universe pokemon have been revealed.

Is this aweasome?
Y/N?

Also I have only played Blue(also yellow), Pokemon Snap, and Pokemon Stadium. I started again because the new games have wifi and I thought online pokemon would be the best thing ever.

I remember when i first played red, i chose to start with Charmander because i'm a pyro maniac and dragons are awesome. I kind of cheated and had my charmander fight most of the battles, meaning my small charmander grew to become a 100Lv Charizard killing machine. By the time he fought the final battle with my rival, all his pokemon had no f-in chance, his whole army was dead in five minutes.

I also, sad to say, had a Pikachu in my roster, but that was mostly because it was the only pokemon i had that could learn PayDay and after owning everybody in Kanto, there are only two sources of income left, beating the Elites and your rival or using payday in battle. So basically i turn Pokemon's believed mascot into my own personal ATM.

So, does anyone have any favorite Gym Leaders? Mine is without question Sabrina for a few reason:

I like dark brunettes, psychic pokemon where nigh invisible in the original red and blue and last but most importantly, she had a whip:

Yeah, hate to sound like a nerd, but there are only 151 to me. The new ones look like a team of completely different artists made them for a seperate franchise like Digimon or something.

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

I used squirtle in the original game. I never beat it and then got bored.

pokemon stadium was a cool idea, but the gameplay was pretty much "use your most effective attac krepreatedly!"

Pokemon Stadium was a bit funny because there was that announcer that gets pissed if you don't attack or switch your Pokemon.

Stadium was fun, I never did get that Amnesia Psyduck, I've heard it had a sick amount of special or at least could increase it's special using Amnesia.

If Cyclops the X-men man was on MK3, THAT would be his animality(referring to electabuzz's evolved form).

Anyway, I was a huge fan of the game when it first came out. I beat Red, Gold, and damn near beat Ruby. I finally gave up on Ruby, and my interest just tumbled down the hill from there. Since I've discovered emulators, though, I might give it another try. I already have visual boy advance, just need some good games. Ruby was a blast when I played it.^^

So fire-red and leaf-green are basically remakes of the originals? I was thinking they'd have more stuff in em...maybe they do, I dunno.

I want you all to repeat after me:

Actually you can get several of the G2 pokemon in a special side story stuff you get into either right before/after clearing Blaine's Fire Gym (the next to last one). In Leaf Green I remember getting Togepi (as an egg), Heracross, Hoppip/Skiploom/Other, Xatu/Natu, Spinarak/Ariados, Raikou/Entei/Suicune (only one, determined by which starter you picked in the beginning), Ledian/Ledyba, Teddiursa/Ursaring, Phanpy, Misdreavus, and a few others.

The other big thing they added were abilities. Every pokemon has one (though some have more than one). Pikachu (and a few others) for example, gets Static giving a 30% chance to paralyze an opponent's pokemon that makes contact with an attack (like Ice Punch) and also increases the chances of finding an Electric type pokemon out in the field. All the starters get the same ability, which boosts their Grass/Fire/Water attacks by 50% when they're at 30% hp or less.
