This movie almost as good as the first Spiderman movie. Took them a while but they finally got it right the second time.

I had my doubts about Robert Downey Jr. being in the movie, but he was a perfect fit.

Word is there's an Avengers movie in the works once all members of it get a movie themselves(The Hulk), which is why there's that thing after the credits.

And I didn't stay Twisted Evil Grrr... I wish I had known.

you're dumb this movie is better then both spiderman movies and spider ham 3

for one, the main character isn't played by a total douchebag who is also horribly unnatractive

spiderman:
for two, what the fuck mary jane isn't supposed to look so fucking homely she's supposed to be a redheaded bombsheel

what's up with fat spiderman in spiderman 3

I fucking love this movie. It actually seemed like Downey was Tony Stark.

This is my main argument. Of all the Superhero movies since Spiderman jump started the genre again, how many have been memorable? How many have been GOOD?

Iron Man is memorable AND good. 2 for 2. I liked it Smile

I've enjoyed most of them honestly. I liked the three spidey films (the third took some time). I liked the punisher. I liked iron man ALOT. I hated the ang lee hulk, I liked X2, could kinda enjoy X1, and disliked X3.

I'm not a big fan of the Batman films. At most they can be rated 'OK'.

blasphemy.

if you said that about the originals, then i dont blame you. but the new one, 'batman begins,' is an amazing film. even if you dont like comic book movies.

I found BB to boring, and the origin beginning too long. Also, Katie Holmes was very annoying. I liked it, but I didn't think it was very good.

I thought Batman Begins was a very good movie and probably the best reboot one could hope for. There was one thing that bugged me though and that kept me from being as enthusiastic about it as most others were: The lack of a high profile villain. Henri Ducard and The Scarecrow just don't cut it against a character like The Joker. It probably was the right decision to use those lower profile villains in the first movie, where Batman is actually his own biggest enemy. Still, the best thing about Batman Begins was the promise of future movies in the same tone. Consequently I have very high hopes for The Dark Knight.

it was actually Ra's Al-Ghul. that was Liam Neeson's character.

Finally saw it, good times.

I wish he had fought a real villain in the movie though. Originally they had been planning on including The Mandarin, but it looks like they decided to downplay the superhero aspect and make it more sci-fi oriented. But the terrorist group being named The Ten Rings was an obvious reference to The Mandarin and the source of his magic powers.

The Mandarin has been confirmed for the sequel, as well as War Machine. Awesome.

I finally saw this movie just yesterday. I don't read the comics, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I really enjoyed it. There were no parts that I explicitly disliked. The stuff about shrapnel in the heart and "come here, I need you to fix this magnet thing in me" kinda creeped me out a little though.

Man, I want some power armor.

Yeah, I did some research (Wikipedia) and it was neat to see that it was consistent. Doesn't stop it from being a little creepy though (I'm sort of a hypochondriac).

Iron Man's adventures got steadily more absurd the farther I went through the synopsis.

So now that the movie's come out ToonDisney apparently got the rights to show that old 90's Iron Man cartoon with James Avery doing the voice of Rhodey.

X2 and 3 sucked. I loved the first one. And I loved all three Blades, even though I felt bad about it.

You fail right damn there. X-Men is one of the worst comic book adaptations ever. That's right, Elektra bad... But better than Catwoman.

And Blade is never a dirty thought. Blade makes your mother think dirty thoughts.

I think X1 was a good film. It didn't follow the comics a lot, but enough. The same as Spider-man.

I hate Wesley Snipes. He's annoying, and isn't a great actor. Each Blade also got campier.
