What is your favourtie late night bit and why? Letterman's 'top ten'? Leno's 'Jay walking'? Conan's 'In the year 2000'?
I was originally going to make this a poll, but I was worried I'd miss someone's favorite and have to make pennace.
I try to watch Leno's 'Headlines' whenever I can, but though I've only seen it once, I think Jimmy Kimmel's 'Unnecessary Censoring' is the funniest. It's different and very well done.

I'm gonna go with Headlines. I used to the love Letterman's Top Ten Lists when I was eleven (a local morning show used to replay the list), but they got really old. In The Year 2000 is pretty good too, as is Conan's parody of Headlines.
Oh, the (can't get the damned link to work) horror: (http://www.nbc.com/nbc/Late_Night_with_Conan_O'Brien/iftheymated).
Permanently under construction.

Conan's staring contests that he used to have with Andy. He's had a couple with Charlie Sheen since Andy left, they were damn good. But, haven't seen one in a while.
His "Conan Hates My Homeland" running skit is great too. I think he's up to the letter "P"

Yeah, the staring contests were great. I would go so far as to say that Andy Richter is funnier than Conan and it sucks that he has yet to hit it big. Andy Richter Controls The Universe was one of several sitcoms that FOX never gave a fair shake to.
I remember Conan's guest spot on the show was pretty funny too.

One of my favorite sit-coms of all time. I'm still making references to that show and laughing at my memories of it. Wish it would come out on DVD (don't I always ).
At least, Fox gave it a season and part of a second season... which is FOX attempting to care for a show (ala Tru Calling).
