Most jars boxes and item tabs are gotten through finding or being given by enemies. When your all full and you find an item it opens up the inventory and asks what you wanna do throw away the found item or throw away something else in inventory. This happens anytime you get a new item and your full ie in battles, from stories, or even gifts or prizes.

If your worried about not getting 99 fp a few good tricks are going up booster hill again, as well as the bash a goomba game. also if your still worried you can alwyas hunt mushrooms in the forest or buy em and take them to the mushroom appraiser. every once in a while hell give you flower tabs. Dont forget about giving belome his key too, thats good for a ton of awesome shit. Edit: another overlooked spot is the Croc chase in the mines. He has a few lackys with him and if you fight each one before you go after him they each drop tabs.


Edit: i usually max out my fp around Nimbus land and the volcano i think but it could be much closer to bowsers keep. I just know that most of the flowers that would boost me up in smithy are turned into full health refreshers as i already have 99 max points.

Well yeah. You get a tab a jar and finally a box if you keep upping your score in bash. after that its frog coins. You can go back up the hill twice for 4 more flower points 2 each time you redo it. Or if your a god you CAN get unlimited by touching booster over and over. Generally i can touch him like 4 times, but i suck at that mini game tbh. But yeah my first play through i was like 12 under or something and i just did the mushroom thing. It takes a long time though.
