Thanks to eBay, I finally got my hands on this.

So far, I am not disappointed. For anyone who is unaware as to what this game is, it's a quasi-remake of the classic NES platformer Adventure Island. The game is still played in 2D, but Master Higgins and his enemies are rendered in 3D. Some of the levels are taken directly from the original NES game, others are new. The boss levels and bosses themselves are all completely redone, there are a few new enemies, and there are two new weapons - a spear and a boomerang. All in all, it's really fun.
