Holy crap, I didn't know Michael Dorn did voice work on that series.

Bison reminds me of Lord Vile in that series.

The series is almost over. This is the first part of a 2-part conclusion:

I thought this one was a little weak. The ending should be amusing though.

I agree, it was short and there was some little story development.

the last episode of the series:
the ending was kind of meh, but then again, the whole concept died out soon after the first two episodes.

UPDATE: Wired's Game|Life blog has confirmed that Kristin Kreuk of Smallville fame will be taking on the role of Chun-Li for the upcoming Street Fighter film. One more character we can stop guessing about!
ORIGINAL STORY: The cast of the Street Fighter movie adaptation continues to roll out, this time with 100% less Van-Damnation. We previously reported that Michael Clark Duncan would portray Balrog in the film, based on his impressive resume of being gigantic, and Chris Klein would be playing Nash (aka Charlie). We also heard that Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas had been cast in an unspecified role, but now more details are coming to light.
Though it should have been obvious from his Hispanic heritage, pretty-boy face, and flowing locks, it's just been confirmed by Capcom that Taboo will be playing the role of Vega. Though he has limited acting experience, he has the look down, and his time as a music act should help with the requisite furious howling that the character requires.
Also announced today was Neal McDonough in the part of M. Bison. You may recognize him from Flags of our Fathers, Timeline, and Minority Report. While he tends to play the nice guy, often taking roles as soldiers or futuristic cops, just take a look at that grin: totally Bison. We're pretty sure CG will have to add the glowing eyes.
i personally think its a stupid first pic because that could be taken from anywhere.

Don't forget they can only release pictures of what they've shot already. And personally I'm much more interested in seeing Michael Clarke Duncan as Balrog anyway.

I can't judge her in the role until I see her in the Blue and Gold dress!
That, and if she's done nothing but Leg Squats and the Leg Sled for the last 6 months, so her thighs are 2x as big and capible of crushing large boulders between them.

Yup I know all about this. Or as much as you can with the slow release of information they're letting out.
I'm pumped for it. Kristin Kreuk as Chun Li? Now THAT'S hot.
Are you guys serious. This is gonna be fucking terrible. But they should have snatched up Vin Diesel to play Zangief. Id watch that.
Im kidding, that would make it suck more goat taint than it already does.

We've heard plenty about the upcoming Street Fighter movie's focus on Chun-Li, with word of series headliners Ryu and Ken conspicuously absent. Surely the duo would show up in some capacity, though, right? Not so, according to a Q&A post on the movie's blog (via Joystiq).
"We want to do each [fighter] the justice he/she deserves," said producer Patrick Aiello. "So, in short, Ken and Ryu will not be appearing in this film." He explains that the universe of Street Fighter is too packed with characters to feature everyone, and so Capcom and the movie bigwigs decided to focus closely on one character's origin story. This doesn't mean Ryu and Ken won't ever appear in what is hoped to become a lucrative film franchise, as Aiello points out, "that doesn't mean we wont see our red and white-clad heroes in potential sequels..."
Movie blogger Aaron Horwitz compares it to Nightcrawler, Pyro, and Beast appearing in later films of the similarly ensemble-cast X-Men franchise. The other question addresses the tone of the film, which is claimed to be more "realistic, gritty, [and] dramatic" than we might expect. This has resulted in some costume changes, as Bison or Balrog's traditional game garb "wouldn't look intimidating" if too close to the source material. However, we will see Chun-Li's hair buns and Vega's claws, so the content won't be totally unrecognizable to fans.

Okay, i'm not a huge street fighters fan, but clearly they already fucked up this movies chances. Ryu and Ken have been the face of streetfighters for years (see syds article on the very first street fighters game). We're not talking minor characters here, it's like taking magneto and wolverine out of the x-men movies. If there are two characters that should have screen time in the first movie of SF, it's Ken and Ryu. IDK, am i the only one who sees that a SF movie without ken and Ryu is a no no?

You want to make a Street Fighter movie right? Take the original anime movie and reshoot with actors scene for scene.
The basis of the movie was about Ryu & Ken's Comradery/Rivalry.
Bison is rediculously powerful, and completely evil. Good.
Now, Throw in a Chun Li shower scene, and you have it: Perfection!
