From the 8-bit: A brain-busting epic with another playable character and a relative plethora of boss fights.
From the 16-bit: The third and final version of a gaming phenomenon to grace the SNES that introduced four new characters and several new modes.
If I had my way, this would be the version of SF2 that made the top 10. Before I read the list, I had no idea that people actually hated the new guys. I personally welcomed them with open arms because each was another reason to go through the game. By the way, has anyone else noticed that each of the Lolo games' opponents' titles begin with "Super"? Anyway, vote.

While I may not be a Street Fighter fan, I'm a HUGE Street Fighter II fan. I loved the four (and only four) new characters.

Round 1, Fight.
Fei-Long, Cammy, and Akuma are awesome. The others are either meh, or crap in the case of Captain Injun.

The results here are the same as in Which #96 is better? Therefore, I can't call this a you-know-what. In any case, it's Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers for the win.

Can't think of another metaphor? What about "The US VS The Island Nation of Formosa".
