I've only been here a little over a month and I've made enough of an impact that people are talking smack to me. Guess I don't know my own strength, LOL.

I like that his polls are an effective method of determining exactly how long you can put up with pointless bullshit on a 100 scale.

I suppose I should tell you guys a bit about myself.
I have autism and several obsessions including numbers, lists and errors. I seem to have a knack for getting into things at the right time. I discovered SydLexia.com on September 26, 2006, four days before Syd put up The 100 Best NES Games Ever. Even with all the errors, many of which have since been corrected, this site filled a void in my life before I even knew it was there. Starting in March of last year, I browsed the forums daily, always being drawn to threads where Syd had recently posted. After Syd put up The 100 Best SNES Games Ever, I considered joining the forums and start off by running these polls, but couldn't find the proper motivation to do so...until I learned that Syd had never beaten Journey To Silius, something I had done several times since buying it in May. By then, the first of the next month was around the corner, so I PMed Syd to ask if such a project as what I had in mind was okay. He green-lit it and two days later, I was on it, projected to stop on May 10. Afterwards, I'm going to start doing other things.

in the immortal words of Mr. T, Jibber Jabber!!
but in all seriousness, i dont mind the posts, only that they are taking longer than necessary, as you are able to just put 10 up at once and people can post on them w/out any trouble at all. but whatev. it dont bother me none how you are doing those posts' so whatev makes you happy dood.

So uh... do you want a happy birthday thread when it's time, or a happy anniversary thread on 9/26?

Thanks for the background info, jprime.
Please understand however that when you don't contribute to conversations, but only post polls every single day, the result ends up effectively looking like forum spam. Especially since by the end of the polls, they'll have taken up nearly 10% of the total Video Games topics! That's quite a lot. And many of us don't see the relevance of arbitrarily comparing NES games to SNES games, so it can be frustrating.
I noticed you did start to join in on other topics yesterday -- awesome! It's good to know you're more than a poll-posting robot.

Is it just me, or is autism an excuse for everything on the internet.
