So I'm pretty either my graphics card or my monitor is about to go... I'm not sure which one though.
Here are the problems I am currently experiencing:
1. The screen has a green tint sometimes. I was able to fix this by shutting off all hardware acceleration.
2. The bottom right corner of the screen flickers.
3. Text looks like it was written in Squigglevision.
Any suggestions?

Try a different monitor with a different cable. If that doesn't fix it, then it's probably the graphics card.

Sorry if I took the whole caps thing too far. I had alot of hame tonight, and whenever I eat ham I start to think I'm really really funny.

I've had this happen before actually, it was happening because of a fucked up monitor cable.
If you tweak the cable does the image change at all?

It doesn't seem to be the cable. If it was, I'd be kinda fucked anyway. The end that connects to the monitor doesn't detach from the monitor.

I just disconnected the monitor, and the "No Signal" RGB display that flashed on the screen was all fucked up. So I guess it's the monitor and not the graphics card. I tried spray some canned air at it, but that didn't seem to help.

About a week ago my card the fan in my card went out. If i left my comp off for an extremely long ass time i could use it for like 5 minutes. I swapped monitors and nothing. I used a flatscreen with the newer connect and then tried a old school monitor plug and they both messed up. Yours really does sound like more of a monitor issue as if it was the card you would have more of a sudden shutoff rather than the slocoming effects.

i had the same problem twice it turned out to be the video card, once it needed to be replaced and once it was just loose
