I guess there was a beta released of master shake without me knowing!
he's a little buggy looking ,but watching him kill batista with the broodwich was great. that ultimate warrior also looks funny.

I always wanted to try MUGEN but it seems too complicated. For starters id have every capcom fighter and Kof not too mention all tekken virtua fighter and fighting vipers.

The Warrior looks like an exact copy from the old Wrestlemania arcade game.

I'll zip up what I've been working on and upload it for you to mess with. I'm sure you'll find a lot of stuff to like about it. Here's what I got so far:
http://www.tehinter.net/uploads/catselect.txt
http://www.tehinter.net/uploads/icoselect.txt
don't worry about all that "charaname[###]" shit in the category select, or all those extra random selects in the icon select, that's just a bunch of placeholders.
and you can download it at http://www.tehinter.net/uploads/EVE.rar
just unzip, enter the folder, double click the launcher, and pick how you want your select screen to work. it takes forever and a day to load, so go get a soda or something.
I figure a few other guys here will want to hop on that too. I add new stuff to my game all the time.
well shit. I'm uploading it now, but it won't be ready for like two hours. come back later and get it at the above link.

Thank you. I have really never used MUGEN before so here goes. That reminds me i wondered if anyone has made Samurai Champloo characters for it. Are their any good websites that allow you to search for what people have made so you can start to create them yourself?
I just tried it out and the game is pretty fun. I wish i knew how to customize characters as a few games seem missing. I wish i could use every version of every SF and MVC character that exists.
I hope someone Makes some Tales series as i think the characters from Tales of Eternia would translate well.

All my experiences with MUGEN have been terrible. My friend got everything and tried to set it all up, but no dice. After he finally got everything working, the game was so buggy that we just decided to play one of Capcom's fighting crossovers instead. Of course, my dislike for MUGEN is purely based on personal experience. I'm sure other people are prefectly fine with it.

I just finished the Gba ToP actually. Cless is really the first of all the great Tales heroes so sure if you can find it.

It probably disappeared when I disappeared a while back. If you need any help or anything I'll help you set it up.

I haven't seen any samurai champloo people, but you never know what rarities might be out there. hell, I just finally found a version of cloud from final fantasy that isn't tiny. I usually just browse mugen forums for new releases, and hit up the request sections.
There's a lot of stuff I have that I haven't added to my full game yet, because I'm frequently busy (lazy), and because I'm taking my time to make sure there aren't any huge errors that would crash the game, or any really shitty characters added. You'll notice that I have some MVC characters that DON'T exist though
There's a lyod irving from tales of symphonia that I have but haven't added to my roster yet. he's kind of cool, but incomplete, and his art looks weird. Bomberman, I want your cless.

well considering winmugen is an unofficial hack of an unfinished project in it's beta stages done by an independent group of unpaid people, I could see how there would be lots of room for error and frustration. The bottom line with things such as balance and bugginess is with the character's code. the skill of the character's creator is really what determines the quality of the gameplay.

oh, you're using my game. the stuff like the car and stuff is supposed to be bonus stages and sub bosses and shit, it's not implimented one hundred percent yet. you found where I "hid" them on my select. in the icon select go all the way to the bottom row (through the fire and flames of question marks), highlight the left box, and press down. the cursor should go off the character select and highlight abyss, then press left or right to go through guys you aren't suppsoed to use.
I upped my game more for people to play with. I have some things organized and set up differently than a normal mugen, so it might be confusing for you as a newb.
to add a character, unzip them, and make sure they're in one folder with the same name of the .def. make sure you don't have any duplicate folders. for example, you want SFAsagat>SFAsagat.def, not SFAsagat>SFAsagat>SFAsagat.def. throw them in the "chars" folder then open up one of the select.defs (if you plan on using categories AND icons, you'll ahve to udpate both) and add the cahracter's filename over one of those lines (either one of those CharaName[xxx] slots in categories or a randomselect in icons). you'll probably end up using the icons one, as it doesn't require organization like the categories.
just pop open my "chars" folder and one of my select.def files to take a look.
