You may want to go back and actually read my blurb for Tetris Attack.

I am well aware. You still liked it better than Magic though.

That's a damned dirty lie. At least I played MoS long enough to travel through time once. I'm voting for MoS just out of spite... wait, that's what you want isn't it?

Would make more sense to start from the #1 and work up. Much more interesting conversations and i doubt this will count all teh way down to get to the good stuff.

It's only going to take a little over 3 months to go through the whole thing. The forum battles went on almost that long iirc.

Yeah, so it was totally reverse psychology. Or something.

And Tetris Attack narrowly beats out The Magic Of Scheherazade. Just so you all know, I learned how to correctly pronounce that name in 1999.

From the 8-bit: A renamed port of the 1988 arcade game The New Zealand Story with a graphics downgrade and without the ability to ascend into heaven.
From the 16-bit: A beginner's RPG that's widely hated for being that and having ties to a popular long-running franchise.
Negative connotations on both games. This should be interesting.

I picked Final Fantasy because it's basicness was what made it fun.

most NES ports had graphic downgrades, like Bubble Bobble. And Bubble Bobble was still awesome. Taito wins. At everything.

I'm gonna pick Kiwi Kraze, because the bird was Jew's old avatar.

And Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest manages a narrow victory. Sorry, Syd, looks like you were wrong.

From the 8-bit: A football game with real players, but not real teams.
From the 16-bit: An underrated RPG with mindless leveling and a second party to control.
Two Tecmo offerings. Get voting.

Gotta go with stars. I remember how cool the unique weapons were at the time and the funness of being able to power level two diff sets of characters. I am a power level whore.

I went with Tecmo Bowl. Still one of the best football games around.
As for Secret of the Stars, it's a decent game. How many villains can you think of with the name "Bad-Bad"?

Never played secret of the stars, but even if I had, I still would have chosen Tecmo Bowl. Still fun, and easy to pick up and play.
I bought it on my friend's Wii for $5 even if he lives in Tucson and I live in Phoenix, I still had fun playing it all night that night I bought it.

Ug. My problem with Tecmo Bowl is the Raiders Bears and Giants. The game was ridiculously unbalanced.
