Back to the Zelda topic, I think it can go either way on how they're all connected. Some have connections to each other (Link to the Past - Zelda 1 - Zelda 2; Ocarina - Majora; Minish Cap - Four Swords - Four Swords Adventures), but all in all they can really all just be "legends" and not have, as Murdar put it, one goddamn thing to do with each other. |
I don't mind him. If you take his reviews with a grain of salt, they can be enjoyable. His constant swearing gets tiring after a while, and the whole narrative thing he has going in his videos can be pretty corny, but its fun to see games like The Karate Kid and Silver Surfer get some "anger" thrown on em.
But in all honesty, I prefer this guy's reviews 100 times more:

Very fast, and very entertaining, but again take it all with a grain of salt.
Speaking of Zelda continuity, how does The Legend of Zelda cartoon fit in? Was the cartoon the first time anyone saw the "King of Hyrule"?

when I watched his video review of the new rambo movie, and he managed to get through the whole thing without cursing or throwing a temper tantrum, I discovered a newfound respect for him.

I think he's kinda funny somtimes, but I am not paying that Jerk 20+ dollars for a DVD of all his old reviews, WHAT WAS HE THINKING?! 
Why are people buying it? You can just download the reviews if you have some compulsion to have them saved, why even buy a DVD? So you can show it to people who still don't have computers?

That's not what my point was. Of course he is! That's fact. My point was that they don't really need him.
It's like saying that the Mars, Incorporated doesn't really need 3 Musketeers. They own it, but, eh, they got enough candy to get by too. Ya know, 3 Musketeers, a big tent pole candy bar, but really... come on. There's already Twix and Milky Way.

Replace ScrewAttack with Lionsgate and Tent pole films, you'll know why.
