I like what he did with the property, though I'd love to see what his full movie would be like.

First, that was WAY AWESOME!!!
But, that is exactly why I'm upset at some of these literal translations of comic books to films. They don't really work. Plus, it kind of cheapens "Arkham Asylum" which was so bizarre and did so little to show you barely anything that it forced your mind to create these grotesque visions. I loved this guy's interpretation, but it still doesn't quite live up to what I remember in the comic... And Batman just looks funky. At least with radically different concepts, the comparisons are a little more fair.
But, props to that cast and crew. Good work.

It was set 100 years after, so is batman immortal in this? Still, i like how he used Elfman's scores and not that crap from the previous movies. It felt more like a batman movie then Batman Forever or batman & Robin and It looks so badass.

No, that scene was Arkham's past. It's a bit more clear in the comic. That scene led to the creation of the Asylum.

Considering its cgi it probably wouldnt be that hard to dub it in a respectable manner.
