The bad guy in Under Siege 2: Eletric Boogaloo. I'm pretty he was a hacker or something.
And Snake Plissken was a total script kiddie at the end of Escape from LA. He was all like "LOLOLOL! No power for you!"

This leaves us with an interesting situation.
What happens when you take a terrible movie, cross it with a cast of terrible actors, mixed with a script calling for a great hacker and then put in Steven Seagal?
You get a bad actor pretending they are a hacker unconvincingly and dying a horrible death that no one believes for a second because the special effects are lame and Steven Seagal movies pretty much blow, especially sequels.

Except for the original Under Siege. It had a great cast, great effects, and Segal was even awesome in it.

But I've gone on record many a times saying I enjoyed the Heigl sequel more than the Loony Tunes predecessor.

I am now as I am often, a pop culture retard. I have no idea what the hell this means.
As an adult all I can get out of this is that good looking girls are better than shitty looking cartoons.
