I found this list on wikipedia:

Video games notable for negative reception

The only game on that list i have played is Superman 64 . . . you know what . . . seanbaby was too kind to that pile of shit. I played many N64 games and that was by far the worst. Some points were easy as shit, like beating Darkside BY FLYING INTO HIM and other points i wanted to bash the controller against my head (the rings! the RINGS!!!) I would rather play Pokemon snap while wearing Penance's armer:

My gaming literature is limited, so i was wondering if anyone else has fond memories of playing these devil children or just would like to bitch about how awesomely abysmal they are.

I played Shaq Fu and Extreme Paintbrawl, but I was completely oblivious to how awful they were. Shaq Fu has awful controls, really boring gameplay, and one of the worst stories to ever be in a video game. Extreme Paintbrawl has some really crappy AI. Now that I mention it, I think I remember some of my teammates walking into walls and freaking out.

Games on the list that I've played on an emulator are Action 52 and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, both of which are equally awful.

One thing to note, however, is that Revolution X is on the list, but Wikipedia is actually referring to the console ports. I've only played the arcade version, and as Wikipedia says, it's actually a great game.

I remember days at the local InterServ center hanging out and playing Street Fighter II. Then some douchefucks stole the Super Nintendo, so we had to subsist on Shaq Fu. I HATE THAT GAME!!! The only character I could even play as was the robotic shithead, and I would always get killed by whoever was playing as the inbred trucker.

Bubsy had a lot of potential. The ones i played on snes were pretty fun albeit a total nerf tie in. Never played the ps one because everything i read said it sucked.
Rise of the robots wasn't bad when i played it, it seemed boring.

I played those bad cdi zelda games and i never want to remember that again. Well the graphics were actually sorta cool. They reminded me of the animated series a bit. And by a bit i mean a very small bit.

Shaq fu was bad but i really liked how you could wander around the world map and pick your opponent at will.

Wow, I never played any of those games, except for Superman 64 and that was a steaming pile of crap.

I played Revolution X on the arcade of course, and that was fun.

I guess Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis was just a bad port on the GBA. Anyone have info on this?

But I must admit, Don't Buy This warns you to... well, not buy that game.

I also thought Revolution X in the arcade was fun, but I like just about any arcade shooter game. I didn't see the STH game boy edition on that list though.

Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis is like playing Sonic the Hedgehog with lag that can grind it to sub-Super Mario Bros. speed. Which basically takes the gimmick of Sonic and throws it out the fucking window.

Which is sad, because I have Sonic the Hedgehog for my cell phone, and it's still enjoyable. Cool

Sonic for the Game Gear is also pretty OK. Which leads me to believe that, in porting Sonic the Hedgehog from a 16 to a 32 bit system some freakish programmer began beating off to pictures of Rouge the Bat, and ejaculated in the game cartridge.

Red Steel isn't in that list? Glitchy peice of...

I'm surprised that Sydlexia didn't say anything about Revolution X being on there.

Strangely, I've never actually had a game that I've actively disliked. It's never really "man, this game sucks I'm going to take it back right away", it's more "this game had some really good potential if they had just worked out these kinks, I should give it more of a chance". It's only after I got into emulation that I've found games that I've just turned off and given up on.

Also, I still have Zelda: Wand of Gamelon, and the CDi still works, albeit a bit strangely (frequent freezes). I'll just go on the record and say I liked it. Not the best game in the world (obviously) but I'd certainly rather play it than do myself physical harm. I will, however, admit that even at my young "cannot-distinguish-crap-games" age, I stayed away from the terrible cutscenes.

Don't forget the first one. After that, I didn't even bother playing the game based on the sequels when it came out.

Red Steel can actually be a really good time in multiplayer.

In all fairness, the ports of Revolution X are on the list, not the actual arcade game. Heck even syd said the ports sucked ass compared to the arcade.

I'm not sure, i got it off of Speedball's wiki page

FYI: Did you know there is a narcotic that is named Speedball?

If i had to guess then yes, it's from Civil War. Man, from what i've heard, Iron man has been a real douche lately and sadly before his movie comes out too.

Maybe I should get Superman 64, just because it looks so bad that it could be good. ha HA!

And yeah, Revolution X was fun in the arcade.

I don't get it. Your saying the first Sonic game plays better on the GBA than on the Genesis?

No, Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis is the name of the GBA one. Technically it SHOULD play better, though.

My dad bought me that game the summer I turned 8.

Yeah, the AI was lol. I'd even rather play the practice mode, where you're by yourself.

I've actually wanted to play E.T. for quite a while now, just to see how craptastic it claims to be. If I had wrote that list, I would have included "Daydreamin' Davey" for the NES. Now that game was trash!
