Well I'd say he took forty, depends how far away he was from the crime scene in that picture, I'd say if you lose some of the stuff after you exit the building its stolen, if it just outside the room or something, then it would depend on how visible it is and what quality its in, also, who the hell steals 40 cakes?

My friends and I plotted to steal a plate of cookies out of the teachers' entrance to our high school caf on our last week of school. We planned it for about three years, then they closed the caf down two weeks before end of classes. Pissed to say the least. So thanks to Sydlexia.com, we've decided to steal 40 (4 10s) cakes in place of our failed mission. And that's terrible.
