They killed off Hank's dad on Sunday.
He was the best character ever.
I really wish Beavis and Butt-Head would guest star.

There's still new episodes of King of the Hill? I only ever watch it at 12:30 at night. And Beavis & Butthead aren't quite "real" enough to be on King of the Hill, they'd have to shrink their heads and re-proportion the rest of them.

Yup, it's on Sunday nights at 8:30, right between The Sipples and Family Guy

WTF is the sipples? But I have to agree about Hank's dad being a character alright. He was racist and sexist, but he was damn funny.
And I had no idea they still made new episodes. I only watch the reruns on the CW when I get a chance.

I meant The Simpsons. I didn't think it should have been too hard to deduce given at it has been the centerpiece of FOX's Sunday night line-up for many, many years. The intentional misspelling was an inside joke meant for Black Zarak.

Touche Syd. It probably would've taken me a while to figure that out since I actually have the Simpsons on TiVO as well as Family Guy, so I dont actually get to watch them on Sunday night.

I'm just sad cause this means we probably won't ever see Topsy again. "Get em' Topsy!"

B+B isn't set in the same town, right? They'd totally fuck Bobby up, and it would rule.

Cotton Hill Died! How did it happen, at a booby bar XD
And i agree with syd, he was one of the better characters. However Boom-hower is the best. Any man that can fast talk into a woman's pants is the true casanova!

B&B I think takes place in Highland, Texas. I'm not sure where KotH takes place but it's probably not Highland.

B&B live in Highland, Texas. King of the Hill takes place in Arlen, Texas. There is never any reference to how far (or close) the two towns are.
But Hank Hill is clearly modelled after Mr. Anderson from B&B.

Best illustrated by the end of the Space Ghost episode Mike Judge appears on, where he does a comparison of both Hank and Anderson saying "Boy, I tell you what" and it sounding exactly the same.

I didn't even know they were making new episodes.
And anyway...sonofabitch, Cotton was awesome. Best character, indeed. And I'd be all for a Beavis and Butthead crossover.

Isn't this the last season for real? I know they've been saying for the past two seasons, but still... Time to wrap up the series.

Not sure if this'll be the last season. Given the writer's strike, it's quite possible that Hank Hill's luck has finally run out.
The show is in its TWELFTH season, which is absolutely insane.

If I have captions on while watching KotH, it'll say what Boomhauer is saying.

A bit of irony I just saw while watching King of the Hill; Hank becomes addicted to a video game and ignores Bobby after he said he'd help him train to pass the President's fitness test. When it cut to a commercial break, it flashed up the "King of the Hill is brought to you by..." bit and who sponsored this episode? Call of Duty 4
