My ISP doesn't have a spam filter on their webmail application, and Outlook Express doesn't either.

If anyone knows of a good program that can connect to my site's POP3 server and filter the spam for me, it would be most appreciated. It's quite annoying that I get have to sift through 200 spam messages each day to find the 20-30 real ones I got.

My friend Jacob says Mozilla Thunderbird is good, although I've never used it myself.
