Pretty funny. They took a few creative liberties with it but it seemed to turn out for the best. I just wish it wasn't so, "YEAH I PLAY NINTENDO GAMES HEY GUYS REMEMBER NINTENDO GAMES YEAH TOTALLY!" If they were gonna do a Contra movie, ideally they should make it as much like the game as possible, not a generalized version with a bunch of myspace poster kids making bids for attention.

FYI, it was made just to be a trailer -- there's no full-length movie connected to it. As RobotGumshoe implied, it's by the same people who did the Punch-Out!! trailer for the Nintendo Short Cuts competition.

Being a cheap bastard. And not having a job. When I start getting like 30 hours a week, then I'll see about a real connection. Right now, 10$ is just enough.
