Hey guys, what are you all being for Halloween (or this past Saturday, unofficial Halloween party night)? Let's post some pictures, maybe tell some tales.

I went to a party at my aunt's as Ace Frehley. My aunt did an absolutely incredible job on my makeup.

One of my aunt's friends (as Strawberry Shortcake) was there, and her boyfriend (as Borat) showed up to take her to a different party. She said she wanted to stay, so he left. Then he and a friend (as some kinda 80s jogger, complete with track suit and blond permed mullet) barged into the house (complete strangers) and asked her to come. Now I was pretty drunk by then, and when I saw Blondie, I was like "Jesus Christ, who invited the lead singer of Styx?" Everyone at the party was pissed, so I was like "Hey, Sammy Gaybar, no one invited you!" Then he was like "you gotta problem?"

"Yeah, you killed Van Halen!"

The dude was huge, and said something about punching me out. Eventually they left. I heard the next day that their party got busted by the cops, so I'll just file that under K for Karma and sleep well.

Me and my aunt:

OMG, KISS and a lesbian chick...add some hooch and you have the perfect party. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I'm probably gonna dress up like some Gothic-Vampire-freak-wannabe, get drunk and goof around. Same old, same old.

Trick-or-Treating was Sunday. It really pisses me off that this town has an age limit and Trick-or-Treating only lasts from 1 to 3. But my friend's little brothers wanted to go so we took them. My friend was a pretty cool zombie, his brothers were just kids with their faces painted blue, and I was wearing this mask

with a red cape. We also met up with another kid we knew who had to wear his neighbor's girly witch costume. The 31st we'll probably ride our bikes around town dressed up and make some noise. Or we could go to another nearby town to Trick-or-treat again.

I'm gonna be here at the store, and if today is any indicator of tomorrow, I'm gonna be annoyed all to hell.

I'm not gonna go to school.

Last time I went to school on Halloween, I got silly stringed to hell.

Yeah! Me either!

I'll be here at work until 11pm tomorrow, so I won't even have to worry about any TnTs coming to my door because I won't be home. Which kinda sucks, cuss usually I like to mess with them. Last year, at about 9:30pm some older kids (12-14 I'm guessing.) came to my door and when they said, "Trick or Treat!". I paused for a moment, then yelled "Trick!" and grabbed one of the kids candy bags and slammed the door. I waited about 10 seconds, and then opened it again, gave the kid back the bag and said. "Nah, I'm just messing with you." You should have saw the look of horror on the poor kids face.

I made it up to him, though. Since I figured they were going to be the last batch of TnTs to show up, I dumped my whole bowl of candy into the kid's sack, and told him that his friend would have to be nice to him, if they wanted him to share any of it.

Working til 11:30 p.m., I'll be wearing my Naruto headband (village of the hidden sands) and plan on taking pics of the better costumes that come in with my new cam. I'll post the pics here of course.

Nice poster there.

Also, I live on the most ghetto block in Staten Island, so nobody has candy around me, not even me (well, except the white people side of the block at the upper part of the street.) I'm broke as fuck too, so no costume for me.

That is a nice poster.

Anyhow, I live in a poverty stricken side of town. Nothing inner city Chicago mind you, but that basically means most of the kids will have some very, very, very cheap costumes. Maybe just a mask, or something that is several years old. Or sometimes they dont even try to dress up and say they are going as a 'cholo' or a bum.

And I hate giving out candy. So, I will not participate in that either. Call me scrooge but whatev.

I'd gladly be tossing candy out to kids who didn't have enough to put together some awesome costume or whatever, because I'm more a fan of someone making a costume as opposed to buying one premade. But they started trick or treating at 11 am and I got all these dipshit teenagers coming in here in street clothes like, "I'm an average girl, that's my costume", like that's some trailblazing idea in Halloween rulebending or something.

Halloween isn't a lunchtime event, and there's no rewards for the lazy.

So instead, I put my sign up and I'm eating all the M+Ms while I wait for closing time to get here. Pac-Man

I went as Alice Cooper today (way easier than the Space Ace)...when I was waiting for my mom to pick me up from school, this girl was walking and talking on her cell, and she smiled at me, then her smile kinda grew, and she kept on walking. Then she said into the phone "You know what I just realized?...It's Halloween today"

Lol

Oh, and Halloween has officially become my favorite holiday ever.

I went to a party for about two hours. Halloween's now my favorite holiday, because girls can dress as suggestively as they want, and the can get away with it. Wink
But seriously, that party was awesome. I danced (awkwardly) with women.

I went clubbing with two friends, and we were the only adults wearing a costume in the whole friggin' town! Talk about festive spirit and all...

That's one awesome pumpkin RTS. My Halloween wasn;t that great. Next year it'll be better since this year was my friends first time going. Plus I'll be older or something.

Alas that is not my costume but a random jack-o-lantern pic. Yah, my Halloween was pretty tame, I was busy as hell that week and plans for a costume never got launched. I did go to a halloween party, it was awesome, we played Melee (just made me want to play Brawl more) and it was just funny to watch someone get owned by Jigglypuff XD. Also, a robot came and played DDR, i missed it but there are plenty of photos as evidence.

And may I ask why the hell is the Simpson suck-house of horror in November AGAIN?! Don't get me wrong, Tree-House of Horror I and II were awesome (the Vampire Burns one scared the hell out of me when i was a kid) but now they pretty much suck because they have little to do with Halloween. The Horror series has become nothing more then the writes excuse to make punchlines where people die or get mutilated and not worry about contingency with with Simpson Series as a whole. Some of it is funny but it has become cliche even by simpsons standards.

My biggest complete though has been stated, why are the Halloween specials in November, why not the Sunday before Halloween when the atmosphere is still of the Halloween variety. Just so Fox can say "Halloween isn't over until the Simpson say it is!!!" Most people are still getting over the Hard Apple Cider hangover by the time the Tree-House episode airs and nobody is thinking about Halloween then, it's Christmas shopping!

Sorry about the rant, i digress and Koodos to Syd for the Halloween McNuggets article. I still have that Scared Silly Commercial on VHS, it aired during a recording of Garfield's Halloween Adventure (which should make a come back).

I didn't do anything for Halloween, but my car went and got itself egged by some neighborhood douchbag. Does that count?

Oh, and I watched Homestarrunner's yearly Halloween toon. Those I always look forward to.
