Title: Got Mario sodomized Joined: Apr 13 2007 Posts: 78

Much to my surprise, I have over 100 games for my Dreamcast, PS1/PS2, Gamecube, GBA, DS, Wii, N64, and PSP. I also think I have something around 50 NES games, which all no longer work, but I didn't get them out to count because there's in this weird case. I can't find many of our SNES games, but I found like 27 manuals for stuff like Out of This World and Super Mario World (I'm sure there's more though since me and my brother got anything that said Nintendo on it back then). I did fortunately find an old Star Fox cartridge that works, so I'll have loads of fun with that this weekend. My number of Dreamcast games is also a bit incorrect since my dad had them and threw them out (Fucking idiot) a little while after the system I loaned him finally died of exhaustion. I'd say I've owned over 200 games in total that I can remember. How limp dicked is my collection compared to you guys's?

For ps1 I have about 80 games

ps2 is about 70

xbox is about 50

gc is 10

genesis 40ish

nes...god...100+

snes...about 20 <---just essentials

Atari...one...<---boxing

So probably not too high. I had it all databased once

In my life I've probably owned around 300-400 games. I had a large collection get stolen once.

My mom gave away our NES to the neighbor when we got a Sega Genesis, because we clearly didn't want it anymore. WE HAD THE NEW ONE! Why would we want the old one anymore! Then Kirby's adventure came out.

I sold all my video game shit to a store for drug money when I was in junior high and now I play roms. Man, I fucking rule.

I don't have a lot of the older stuff anymore - Atari, NES, etc, because my mom gave it all away. I do have maybe 30-40 NES games though, because when my grandfather died, I inherited his collection. Then I've got maybe 30 or so N64 games, at least 50 GCN games, and probably 15 Wii games. I'm not gonna even bother to count how many DS/GBA/GBC games I have, because it's ridiculous and they're all over the house in random drawers.

All of my stuff is PS2, Xbox, GC, and the occasional Wii game.

I had between 600-650 games, but I sold off quite a bit of it after my mom died and I needed to fund my move to Maui. Now I have less than 40 total, but it's all stuff I'll play and replay, so it's ok.

I had an assload of SNES and NES games but sold them on Ebay, then I bought a 360, I only own Madden 08, Halo 3 and Guitar Hero 2 for that, but I have about 58 Wii Games. Yes 58...

Just did a count of my collection....... and I didnt realise I was such a packrat. I got 17 turbogrifix games, 25 genesis games, 135 dreamcast games (with 5 systems), 82 Playstation 1, 80 Playstation 2, 35 Xbox, 28 Xbox 360, 25 Gamecube, 10 Wii, 5 Playstation 3 and too many PC games to even bother counting..... If I didnt know better I would think I got a game problem...... Nah, got WAY more DVD's Razz

I have only maybe 200 games between SNES, DC, PS1, PS2, and XBOX. I easliy have close to 1000 PC games.

And, if I am allowed to count emulation and roms, then I have over 20,000+ games. Laughing

Of course that doesn't count. It's completely unimpressive, as anyone can amass ROMs.

What if I put them all on floppies?

By my calculations, I have around 100Gb in ROMS. So, it would take 71,112 floppy disks.

At current pricing, it would cost $14,910 to do, unless I could get all of the floppies via donations.

Also, it would take 4740.74 days or almost 13 years to copy the data using one floppy drive, as the maximum transfer rate is 250Kb/sec.

Now is it impressive?

Systems: GBA, DS, Wii, PS2, N64, Dreamcast, dead PSX, SNES
Games: Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon Battle Revolution, Bleach: Shattered Blade, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, Wii Play, FF XII, Tetris Worlds (GBA), Record of Lodoss War (DC), Phantasy Star Online (DC, used to have the keyboard too), a bunch of Official Dreamcast Magazine demo discs.

For a long time I'd just cannibalize my stuff when I'd beat a game and trade it in toward something else. Hence the low count.

I have 19 systems and almost 300 games, but my Genesis games were stolen at one point. If I still had those I think I'd have 30 more.
