What's the PAA?

Speaking of Mr. Rogers, this is one of the greatest clips of all time. In it, Mr. Rogers testifies before Congress as to why they should spend $20 million of the federal government's money on the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. The senator in charge of the hearings, John Pastore, is overtly hostile to Mr. Rogers in the beginning, but Mr. Rogers wins him over by the end.
