Oh, I know. If not Office Depot, then Waffle House and Burger King are hiring. And Sears is looking for seasonal employees.

I don't think it'll suck for these reasons:
1. I make $7.50 an hour.
2. My shifts are from 4:00 to 9:00 on weekdays.
3. I make commission for every warranty I sell.
4. It's better than working at Burger King.

It's Office Depot. And I could care less about your opinion of the place, because I'll be too busy enjoying a source of income.

Oh, well I have nothing bad to say about Office Depot. Other than their PC games section sucks.

Yeah. But it's more of an office supply store than anything, so that's forgivable.

I was going to work for OfficeMax on Maui, before I had to head back to CA. I was quite looking forward to it. Quiet atmosphere and generally pretty mellow. It seems like the kind of place where any ego-happy middle management would be quickly weeded out.

Yeah. Nobody at this place seems unpleasant, either. It's quiet, and clean. This should be good.

1.Considering the Canadian Dollar's on par, that sounds shitty (but I'm lucky enough to make $13 doing dishes)
2.That's a good, solid shift (you can get shit done during the day, and party at night)
3.The comission thing's pretty sweet man
4.Touche

Minimum wage where I live is 7.50 >.>

The only things I buy with my money are material objects, as I recommend you do as well.
Don't go to movies and shit all the time. Go buy shit that can accumulate value like guitars and shit.

Be hip and buy a 5150III half stack and a fender frankenstein replica. That'll pit you out at least 30 grand of awesomeness.

Yeah, minimum wage here is $5.75, so I'm doing significantly better than my friends working fast food.
What I Plan to Buy:
1. Press Start (of course)
2. Some RAM for my laptop
3. An Xbox 360 (with games and accessories)
4. A Logitech Wireless PS2 controller
5. Brawl (when it comes out)
6. A bunch of other miscellaneous shit.

I just got bumped up to working full time. And now that I've finally paid off all the debt that happenned after my dad died I can finally start buying stuff for myself again. The only thing that sucks about it is I work Fri-Mon so there has to be a damn good reason for me to get time off on the weekend. And there's no way I can get time off if there's a NASCAR race (the track is 9 miles further down from work, but Georgia only holds two races a year).
Getting back to material fulfillment, I'm planning on buying a decent digital camera, replacing my USB Wi-Fi Adapter (it's apparently busted), and getting a new watch and a new pair of shoes (I've had the shoes since '02). Not to mention MP3, Mario Strikers Charged, Brawl (when it comes out), Bleach: Shattered Blade, and Pokemon Emerald (I've got Pearl and want to Pal Park the ones in Emerald) and Battle Revolution.

Boba: I want the 5150III and the EVH Phase 90 and Flanger pedals. I'm worried that people will think I'm trying to copy Ed, but it's not my fault he designed the best amp and pedals on the market!
Lordsathien: I didn`t know you ended up losing your dad. Sorry to hear it bro.
Yeah I just got a second job roofing, because all the money I`m making dishwashing is going towards my carpools to school. So apart from becoming a total man-babe, I'm gonna use the job to buy Guitar Hero Encore, maybe GH3 when it comes out, a t-shirt at the Van Halen concert, possibly another guitar (likely an Explorer), and maybe, just maybe, save up for a PS3. And cds, lots of cds.
