How about that moment where Ned Looses his head and starts chewing everybody out:

"I've got a caught phrase for you: 'hey buddy, got a quarter?"

"Oh the Clown! You're the only one that doesn't make me laugh"

"Homer, you are the worst human being i have ever met!"

I can't find a video but i have to say that was one of my favorite moments of the Simpsons.
