Does anyone know a site where i can upload songs and post them on forums? Something like uploading a picture or video to host then post them on forums? One that is free anyway.

Probably the easiest way to do it is to make a slideshow (even one stagnant image is fine), attach the song as background music, and then upload the whole thing to YouTube.

On a similar note, when my band finally gets some music recorded, would it be cool if I posted it on here to get everyone's input Syd?
