Not that it matters, but I'm not getting rid of anything... I take the pills a half hour before eating, so that my body can actually break down the lactose. Funny that no one bitched and complained when username mentioned being lactose.

I must say that Mozzarella is an awesome cheese. Parmesan and Provolone are favorites of mine too.

I think it's universal we all love cheese but you haven't had cheese until you've had it smoked. Smoked cheese is awesome  I like cheese with saltine crackers but i go to the extreme and put red pepper flacks on my cheese n' cracker. That will clear out the senses XD
